Additional information about To the Moon

To the Moon proposes a sonic journey inspired by the vision of Satoshi Nakamoto and the development of Bitcoin as a tool for decentralization and individual freedom. The work combines two of Martin Schippers’ great passions —space and blockchain technology— in a journey that moves from initial intuition to its expansion and consolidation as a transformative idea.

I. Satoshi’s Dream
Represents the birth of a revolutionary idea. From the initial intuition to the construction of a new system, the music reflects the emergence of Bitcoin as an alternative to centralized models.

II. Serenade in the Metaverse
A more intimate and emotional movement that explores the connection between the digital and the human. Dedicated to Martin Schippers’ uncle, Hans, as a tribute to his memory after a long illness, it adds a deeply personal dimension where technology and remembrance intertwine.

III. Bone Run
Symbolizes the expansion and consolidation of the system. Through sections such as Revolutionary Whitepaper and Peer-to-Peer Vision, the music moves toward an energetic and affirmative conclusion, celebrating individual freedom and decentralization.
