La Veu del Silenci (The Voice of Silence) is a composition by Ricardo Mollá conceived as a tribute to all those affected by the devastating torrential rains caused by the DANA weather phenomenon in November 2024 in Valencia. Inspired by the magnitude of the tragedy, the piece seeks to honor its impact and raise awareness of the cause through the evocative power of music.

Additional Information about La Veu del Silenci
The piece was originally donated to Music for Valencia, a solidarity initiative born in the Netherlands with the goal of supporting those affected by the floods (DANA) in Valencia. La Veu del Silenci was performed in numerous benefit concerts whose proceeds were dedicated to mitigating the damage caused by the DANA. The horn version was premiered with piano by Hervé Joulain, Principal Horn of the Orchestre National de France.
